Nearly 30 years ago when Jeri and Dee started their professional careers in the same salon in Hays, Kansas there was not much thought of teaming up and opening a business. Life soon took them in different directions and different cities for over 15 years, but when Jeri had the opportunity to move back to Hays and when Dee came to work in the same salon their friendship was rekindled and with it grew the idea that they would like to open a beauty salon and surround themselves with salon professionals that where just as passionate about the “Beauty Business”. In July of 2004 Dee and Jeri did just that, they open the doors to Hairware & Co a beautiful, well equipped, salon with a great location near 27th and Hall Street. Hairware & Co’s slogan “Your Good Looks are Important to Us” is truly the mission of our staff. We want every person that walks through our doors to feel special when they are here and look great when they leave.
Hairware & Co prides itself in the hard work, creativity, and customer satisfaction from our salon professionals. Our owners and staff keep up on the latest beauty trends with in-house education presented by major suppliers such as Surface, Pureology, Redken & Ouidad and by traveling to educational cosmetology events in cities like: Denver, Kansas City, Omaha, and New York City.
